Laurent Te was a former vice rector at Norton University in Phnom Penh for five
years prior to his presence at WIS. Mr. Te is an exceptional developer in business
and economics.
Song Te: Vice Principal (Finance and Operation)
B.EE: major in telecommunication with business option. University of Victoria,
CANADA.
After earning his Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering in 1999, Song has
spent two years working for a Canadian telecommunication company in Ottawa,
Canada. In 2001, he decided to accept a new position with another hi-tech company
in U.S.A.
Pagna Young: Vice Prinicipal (Academic and Provost)
Bachelor of Civil Engineering: Major in Transportation and Geotechnical. University
of Saskatchewan, CANADA.
Pagna Young was a civil engineer with a construction company in Canada when
he decided to join WIS.
